Membership

Your membership is a special gift of gratitude and encouragement to our actors, directors, designers, and volunteers who give endless hours to make theater come alive on our stage. We need your support to continue and improve our high-quality theatrical productions.

The purpose of the Emmetsburg Main Street Community Theatre is to provide an environment that fosters and inspires growth, responsibility, and creativity in people of all ages and cultures through a broad theater arts program.

Membership in the Theatre means you are a full member of our theater family. Your dues financially support keeping the lights on (literally) and are the base of our operating budget. We are a fully volunteer organization and our members do our work. You do not have to be a member to attend or act in plays, but we encourage you to join.

In becoming a member of the EMSCT, you will contribute to the cultural and economic vitality of Emmetsburg and our region, enjoy opportunities to meet people and participate as a volunteer in doing the work of theater, keep informed through Newsletters, and be invited to the Annual Meeting.

Watch our website and the local media for production dates. The box office is open one hour prior to each performance.
